• When is the last day to buy for christmas delivery?

  Christmas cutoff dates:

  12/14 Standard Shipping

  12/17 Express Shipping

  12/19 2-Day Shipping - 10am pst

• What is your holiday return policy?

  Any orders placed on Nov 1st to December 25th, 2025 will be honored until Jan 31st, 2026. We hope you can enjoy your holiday purchases knowing that a return can be completed for those gifts that aren’t quite the right fit!

• Do you offer Gift receipts?

  We do not provide gift receipts however, we make sure that if the recipient of the gift needs to exchange their item they are able to easily do so by clicking here to go to the Cuts gift exchange page and entering the order number and zip code associated with the original delivery address.

• Can I use multiple discounts during sales?

  Unfortunately, as stated here on our site, orders that have a promo/discount code already used on the order are unfortunately not eligible for the sale price adjustment. Discount codes are not valid during a sitewide sale, apologies. Please see the section in our FAQs labeled, “Discount Codes & Promotions” for additional details.

• Can I add to an order?

  Unfortunately, we cannot add or adjust items to a processing order. However, if you reach out before the items have tracking assigned, we can cancel the order and have you repurchase the correct items.
