Wholesale Sales Representative

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, plus commission

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Wholesale Sales Representative to join our growing Wholesale team. This person will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with wholesale accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our partners are set up for success. You’ll be on the frontlines of representing the Cuts brand to premium retailers around the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts with a focus on premium specialty and department stores

  • Prospect and onboard new retail partners aligned with the Cuts brand ethos

  • Coordinate with internal teams on seasonal product assortments, order fulfillment, and merchandising strategy

  • Present seasonal collections and drive sell-in through virtual and in-person line showings

  • Analyze sales data to optimize account performance and identify growth opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline progress

  • Attend trade shows, showroom appointments, and industry events as needed

  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure best-in-class customer experience across all wholesale touchpoints

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to travel domestically as required (estimated 10–15%)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and wholesale order platforms (e.g., JOOR, NuORDER)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within the premium/lifestyle apparel retail space

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Passion for fashion, performance apparel, and the Cuts brand

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 annually
