Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
All products must be returned in their original barcoded black bag
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only
Gift cards and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange

Click “Start a Return” to generate a QR code or prepaid label, then drop off your package at a UPS or FedEx location.

Our boxers are exchange or store credit only. For hygiene reasons standard across the underwear category, we can't offer refunds on this product — but we've made sure you're covered if the fit or color isn't right.

Two reasons. First, hygiene — no underwear brand accepts opened returns, so we don't either.
Second, we want to make sure you end up with something you'll actually wear.

CUTS accepts all unworn/unaltered items for a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase for international orders (return cost $20).
Shipping costs/duties and taxes are non-refundable and CUTS does not reimburse international return costs. Items must be returned in their barcoded individual black bag.
*Please note that majority of accessory items, including masks, are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
